Move to Improve!Myofascial Mobility for better movement Feb. 18th. 1-3pm $35 general public$25 for Rocketeers With Azur Koteen, LMP, RYT, Crossfit Level 1 Can you move from the ground to standing easily and comfortably? Do you have pain or restriction while squatting? Do you want to play with your kids without fear of "pulling something"? In this playshop we will unwind patterns in our bodies to increase range of motion, heal injury, or decrease pain. •You will leave with a recipe to work on your specific restrictions or areas of injury. •We will use foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and massage balls to work on the major areas of restriction in the body for better movement and less pain!•We will include a 15 minute yoga practice I designed to support Crossfit athletes as part of our warmup which you can access anytime from my website. •Bonus action: If we have time we will work on a few weighted mobility movements to increase strength and flexibility No experience necessary. We will provide rollers and balls. You do not need to be a Crossfit Athlete or Yoga practitioner to gain insight from this workshop.Come with a willingness to try things, roll around on the floor and work on your movement patterns!
