Rocket Athletes,
Time to get yourself ready for the Spring installment of our 30 day Nutritional Challenge. You can choose EITHER a Whole 30 or a Strict Ketogenic (High Fat, Low Carb) plan. 

Kickoff day is Monday, May 15th. From that morning through the evening of June 14th we will do our best to stick to the Whole 30 or Strict Ketogenic diet as laid out.

In order to fully participate/compete you must, first, sign up at the gym. Second, do three things every day of the 30 days:
1) Follow the dietary/lifestyle rules as best as you can to the program you choose, whether it be Whole 30 or Ketogenic.
2) Post everything you eat each day on this private Paleo Facebook page. You will also post the points you have scored each day.

Points? Yes! You can earn up to 10 points a day. 
5 points for eating perfectly according to your plan. There are no partial points, these are all or nothing.
1 point for hydration, 1/3 your bodyweight in ounces of water
1 point for working out. Doesn't have to be CrossFit, but does have to be something. 
1 point for mobility, at least 10 minutes a day of stretching, foam rolling, whatever. 
1 point for getting at least 7 hours of sleep. 
1 point for posting your food on the secret Facebook page and recording them in the google doc. 

Weight loss is not a focus on this challenge! Feeling great and getting healthier by cutting out foods that are messing you up is the point. If you have any questions about either programs PLEASE ASK, we are here to HELP! :) GOOD LUCK!!
